ESP pricing restoration.

Hands-on support to identify what is blocking your 340B pricing, address ESP submission gaps, and follow through with manufacturers, wholesalers, and your third-party administrator.

For covered entities · Focused projects or ongoing support

Submission is one step.
Pricing access takes follow-through.

Our work connects the ESP submission process with the operational steps that follow: resolving account issues, confirming pricing in the wholesaler account, and coordinating replenishment review with your third-party administrator (TPA).

How we help

Work the issue from restriction to resolution.

We scope the work around your affected manufacturers, pharmacy arrangements, available records, and internal capacity.

  1. Assess the restoration pathway

Review applicable manufacturer policies, pharmacy designations, account identifiers, and ESP status. Identify missing information, possible exceptions, and the next action for each affected account.

  2. Reconcile and support submissions

Work with your team and TPA to review eligible claims, mapping, reversals, and submission history. Prepare or support authorized submissions and investigate discrepancies or rejected records.

  3. Follow through on pricing

Coordinate follow-up with ESP support, manufacturers, and wholesalers as needed. Verify affected product pricing in the appropriate wholesaler accounts and work with the TPA on blocks, price-file updates, and replenishment review.

  4. Keep the work visible

Track unresolved issues, responsible parties, and next steps. For ongoing engagements, review submission activity, account status, and policy changes on an agreed schedule.

Built around your program

Start with one issue.
Or add ongoing capacity.

For hospitals and eligible grantee programs facing restricted pricing, unresolved ESP account issues, or a backlog of manufacturer follow-up.

A focused engagement can address a specific manufacturer or pharmacy. Recurring support can help your team manage submissions, track pricing access, and keep unresolved items moving.

Common questions

Can you guarantee that pricing will be restored?

No. Access depends on the applicable manufacturer policy, the covered entity and pharmacy arrangement, and the supporting data. We identify available pathways, perform the agreed work, and document what has been resolved and what remains outstanding.

We already submit to ESP. Can you still help?

Yes. We can review submission history, account status, missing or mismatched records, and the handoffs between ESP, the manufacturer, the wholesaler, and your TPA. The scope can focus on the point where progress has stalled.

How long does pricing restoration take?

There is no single timeline. Timing depends on the issue, data availability, manufacturer requirements, and processing by the organizations involved. We agree on priorities and a follow-up schedule, and distinguish confirmed changes from pending requests.

What should we share to get started?

Start with your entity type, the manufacturers and pharmacies involved, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send patient information or claims files through the website contact form. We will discuss the records and access needed for the work.

Do you offer broader 340B operational support?

Yes. Program Optimization and Agent Services can include Truzo support, OPAIS work, operational review, and ongoing program coordination.

Manufacturer requirements vary. See the 340B ESP FAQs and account eligibility guidance for platform context. 340B Auditor provides independent consulting support and is not affiliated with 340B ESP or its operator.
